Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of White Defender (the “Service”), an AI-driven security platform provided by WMAD Pvt. Ltd. (“WMAD”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

White Defender provides an AI security advisor, a static code/dependency scanner, a passive web reconnaissance scanner, and a log analysis tool, intended to help you identify and remediate security weaknesses in systems you own or are authorized to test.

The Service, including any AI-generated analysis, is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for a professional penetration test, a certified security audit, or legal/compliance advice, and we make no guarantee that it will identify every vulnerability present in a system.

You agree that you will only use the Service’s scanning features against:

• systems, domains, and code that you own, or
• systems you have explicit written authorization to test (e.g. under a signed penetration-testing agreement or bug-bounty program).

You are solely responsible for confirming you have this authorization before running any scan. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Automated and AI-generated findings may contain false positives or false negatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMAD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including reliance on any scan result or AI-generated output.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of WMAD Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to any code, URLs, or logs you submit for scanning.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any user found to be in violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. (Placeholder — confirm the correct governing jurisdiction with legal counsel before relying on this clause.)
